In the sidebar, click Plan & Billing. On the phone, More > Settings > Billing and plan opens this page on the web.

Help articles for features that need a paid plan say which plan, for example Starter and up.
Starter, Pro and Business show Coming soon: they can't be bought on this page yet. To move to one now, email support@getfieldos.app and we'll set you up.
Manage your subscription
On a paid plan:
- Manage subscription → opens the billing portal, where you can update your card and see past invoices.
- Downgrade to Free at the end of the current billing period does what it says. You keep everything until then, and Keep my plan undoes it.
- If a payment fails, a Payment failed banner appears. Click Update payment method to fix it.
When you move to a plan with less
Features your new plan doesn't include stop working, but nothing you made is deleted. For example, your business page is unpublished and texts go out from the shared number again; your business number is held for 30 days in case you come back.
