Working offline

The phone app keeps a copy of your business on the phone, so you can look things up and keep working with no signal at all. While you're offline it shows Offline · changes will sync when you reconnect.

Works without a connection:

• Looking up customers, jobs, estimates, invoices and your schedule
• Adding and editing customers, leads, jobs and estimates
• Starting and completing jobs
• Notes and photos
• Collecting Zelle on site with Collect with Zelle

Needs a connection:

• Anything that reaches a customer, like sending an estimate, an invoice or a text
• Confirming payments
• Team, availability hours and the Zelle payee
• Find a time suggestions
