Notifications

The phone app sends a notification when:

• A customer texts you back. Everyone on the team gets it, with the customer's name and message.
• A file you uploaded needs attention. Every file is checked before customers can see it; you hear about it if one fails.

FieldOS asks for permission the first time you open the Inbox. If you said no, turn notifications on in your iPhone's Settings: tap FieldOS, then Notifications, and turn on Allow Notifications.
