Use an AI assistant

A connected assistant can look things up and make changes in FieldOS for you, in plain language. Connect one first: see Connect an AI assistant.

Things to ask

  • "What's on my schedule tomorrow?"
  • "Find a time next week for a two-hour job at Sarah Johnson's."
  • "Add a lead: Priya Patel, AC not cooling, priya@example.com."
  • "Create an estimate for Tom Rivera: AC replacement, $3,900 plus $750 labor."
  • "Which estimates are still waiting on the customer?"
  • "Add a note to the Heat Pump Install job: the old unit is out."
  • "Request a 25% deposit on Jim Hartley's heat pump job."

What it can do

Customers, leads, estimates, jobs and visits, recurring jobs, notes, your schedule and open times, invoices and payments. It can read, create and update, but it can't delete anything, and it can't change your team, your plan or your settings.

What it can do follows your plan, the same as in the app. On Free, for example, it can't work with leads.

Check before it sends

Some requests reach your customers, like sending a visit reminder or a payment request. A good assistant asks before doing those, but read what it's about to do before you say yes.
